The AI assistant produces drafts and suggestions from your prompts and workspace data. Its output can be incomplete, out of date, or confidently wrong, and it may summarize data imprecisely. It is a starting point that requires your review:
- Check any figure, date, name, or commitment before relying on it or sending it to a client.
- Do not use it as a substitute for professional judgment or advice.
- You remain responsible for anything you send, publish, or act on, whether or not it was AI-assisted.
4. Analytics, forecasts, and reporting
Profitability, utilization, and forecast views are derived from the data entered into your workspace. Incomplete time entries, unbilled work, or misconfigured rates produce misleading results. Reported figures are informational and are not a substitute for reconciled accounting records.
5. Availability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee unless one is stated in a separate written agreement signed by us. Maintain your own copies of business-critical records; the Service provides data export for this purpose.
